Why MediFlow

On-call duty and stock under control

In many facilities, the on-call roster lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet, lateness is noticed after the fact and the stock room is only checked at inventory time.

MediFlow brings this information together in one tool, so management can follow its teams and its stock, even from a distance.

On-call duty, organised and tracked

Plan on-call duty, track attendance and lateness, organise handovers between teams and carry out your operational checks in one tool.

Store & Stock

Product catalogue, stock in and out, inventories, batches and expiry dates.

Set up with you

Your departments, teams and product catalogue are entered with you at go-live.

A clear view for management

Shifts covered, lateness, stock levels and products close to expiry: management follows what matters without waiting for notebooks to be compiled.

Modules

Two modules available, more in development

MediFlow starts with on-call management and the stock room. Other modules are added step by step, with no promised date. Planned next: patient records, practitioners, appointments and consultations.

Method

Going digital in four steps

A gradual approach limits disruption in your departments. These are the steps we recommend:

  1. Assessment: map your departments, on-call teams and stock room.
  2. Configuration: set up departments, teams and the product catalogue.
  3. Training: train on-call coordinators and stock managers.
  4. Gradual go-live: launch department by department and adjust with your teams.
