Manage your clinic, even from a distance

The management software for
your
hospital clinic health centre

MediFlow helps hospitals and clinics in West Africa organise on-call duty and run their stock room: rosters, attendance, lateness, handovers, batches, expiry dates and alerts.

On-call duty and stock under control

In many facilities, the on-call roster lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet, lateness is noticed after the fact and the stock room is only checked at inventory time.

MediFlow brings this information together in one tool, so management can follow its teams and its stock, even from a distance.

On-call duty, organised and tracked

Plan on-call duty, track attendance and lateness, organise handovers between teams and carry out your operational checks in one tool.

A clear view for management

Shifts covered, lateness, stock levels and products close to expiry: management follows what matters without waiting for notebooks to be compiled.

Patient records

Every patient record in one list

This is MediFlow’s real patient records screen. Reception, care staff and the chief physician see the list of all records, sorted by name or by latest visit, and open any record with one tap.

This module is in training mode: it currently runs on fictitious records and will only hold real data once all of its safeguards have been validated.

Method

Going digital in four steps

A gradual approach limits disruption in your departments. These are the steps we recommend:

  1. Assessment: map your departments, on-call teams and stock room.
  2. Configuration: set up departments, teams and the product catalogue.
  3. Training: train on-call coordinators and stock managers.
  4. Gradual go-live: launch department by department and adjust with your teams.
